CARRIAGE
U.K. mainland delivery-up to 30Kg. = £8.00 plus VAT at 15%: or larger quantities - price on request. (Ireland, Highlands & Islands, please ask.)
DELIVERY NORMALLY NEXT DAY - Shortages or damage must be notified within 12 hours of delivery
"Please note: delivery is normally the next working day, but occasionally there are issues beyond our control - road congestion, vehicle breakdown, etc, so we do not advise that you have a decorator etc on site until you have the product with you".
HOME DELIVERY DETAILS: NORMALLY NEXT WORKING DAY - A GUARANTEED NEXT DAY SERVICE IS ALSO AVAILABLE.
Not at home? Not a problem! The carrier will leave a card so that:
- you can arrange another delivery date,
- or you can pick up from the local depot,
- alternatively we can leave with one designated neighbour or at your place of work or out of sight at your address.
NOTE: in the latter case the package is UNINSURED.
*for unattended delivery: please leave a brief Signed advice note for the driver to pick up.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Right of Cancellation - Consumer Protection Regulations 2000
Ecos Paints offer a custom product supply service and your product is completed only when ordered. The order cannot normally therefore be cancelled once produced but, if in doubt, please call to discuss your requirements. To maintain accountability and GUARANTEE purity ECOS will only sell NEW products, therefore, once despatched, returns are not normally accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to order the quantity, colour & type of products appropriate to their needs; any advice given by us is given in good faith & to the best of our ability, but we will not be held liable for any losses, errors, or omissions.
Consequential Losses - our limit of liability extends only to the value of the products. Prices normally valid for 12 months from the price list stated date. Shortages or damage must be notified within 12 hours of delivery. Any items accepted for return are subject to 25% restocking fee.
The placing of an order is taken as agreement to these terms and consent to proceed. Nothing herein affects your statutory rights. |
